The CobraTig^®150 is a portable, lightweight orbital welding power source with a digital controller that is the perfect solution for construction or rugged environments. The DiamondBack^® is our largest in-place orbital weld head. Heavy duty and versatile, the DiamondBack^® has a narrow profile and is perfect for process piping and weld fitting applications found in food & beverage, dairy and other sanitary process piping installations. Also great for high-pressure aerospace applications, this easy to use weld head is simple yet robust to meet the demands of field constructions or manufacturing production environments.

The MiniMicro™ weld head was designed for precision welding of small diameter tubes and fittings. Controlled by either of our poweer supplies, this weldhead will turn the rotor at the precise speed to create a near perfect weld.

The VPAC® (Variable Polarity Alternatinig Current) module, is an add-on accessory to the ACL Orbital tube welding system. Incorporating a VPAC® into your system will provide access to the advanced parameters for AC welding with full control over pulse time in straight and reverse polarities. The ability to change parameters at each individual weld level gives the user complete control over the entire weld.
